What you enter in the request form: your IT need and answers, your name, mobile number, company, country and city, and your email if you give one. We also record limited technical data, such as the approximate country of your IP address and the visit source, to measure demand and protect the site from abuse.
To understand your request and match it with a suitable provider, to contact you, and to produce aggregated statistics on IT demand that do not identify you.
We use AI services from third-party providers, currently OpenAI and Anthropic, to understand the text of your request and to help match it with providers. We never send them the name, mobile number, email or company you enter in the form, and before your request text is sent we remove any contact details we can detect in it. These services may process data outside Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Nothing the AI infers is used in your request until you confirm it, and results are subject to quality controls.
Providers first see a summary of your need without your name, phone, email or company name. We never send your contact details to a provider before telling you who it is. The platform operator and its affiliated companies may handle some requests directly.
We keep request data while it is needed to follow up and for statistics. You can ask us to delete it at any time. When you press Start, we save the text you typed temporarily to process your request and improve our service, even if you do not finish it. If you do not send the request, we delete that text after 30 days and keep only anonymous statistics, such as the service category and the size of the need.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@itneed.net. We follow Kuwait's CITRA Data Privacy Protection Regulation and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law where they apply.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and backups are encrypted.
